This is a beautiful and practical plant support that will bring you a lot of joy.

This is primarily due to the robinia wood from which the support rods are made. It is by far the most durable and strongest native wood - see Properties of Robinia Wood. It lasts for many years without chemical treatment. It is only treated with pure linseed oil, which further increases its longevity.

The plant support consists of 4 robinia wood rods that are driven into the ground in a square around the plant, and elastic hollow cord that is threaded through the rods at 2 to 3 heights around the plant. The length of the included hollow cord – color green, Ø 3 mm – is eight times the chosen rod length, which is sufficient in any case.

For the hollow cord, the rods have holes spaced 8 cm apart, alternately oriented in one direction or the other (crosswise). The hole diameter of 7 mm allows for easy passage of the hollow cord and even stronger cord.

With their tips, the rods can be easily driven into the ground, while the tips retain their shape because robinia wood is so hard.

The plant support harmonizes exceptionally well. Wood simply goes best with plants. The slim octagonal profile of the rods has style. The elastic hollow cord allows the plant some room to grow and remains unobtrusive.
